Above the beach of Las Flechas, your dream comes true ! Obviously one of the most beautiful areas of the coast and right opposite the island of Cayo Levantado, the house is situated in an area with its history where already Christopher Columbus fought against the natives.
House: This house can be used as a small hotel or a guesthouse. It has been built with much love for the detail as well as a high quality standard. The location of the house gives you a great view on the bay of Samana, and during the whale season, these "visitors" can be observed directly from the veranda. (click on the picture on the right)
1st floor: Three rooms with each a bathroom, all with view on the sea and a veranda.
2nd floor: Three rooms with two bathrooms, big living room with veranda and view on the sea, small office, big kitchen, corridor.
3rd floor: Small separate house (apartment), with big veranda and panorama view. Big living room with view on the sea from all windows, small open kitchen. Big additional room with view on the sea and the bay of Samana as well as Cayo Levantado, bathroom (to be finished).
In addition to the house, another small building belongs to the
property that can be used for various activities. It may serve as a room
for storing gardening material, as a play house, or any other creative
activity.
The main building is being sold with or without furniture.
The property is surrounded by a garden in which all local tropical plants grow, such as different flowers, palm trees and many others. You will also find a small cave on the same property where the Tainos, the natives, used to live and where little sculptures and other materials of ancient times were found, still some years ago.
